1. Dr. Aderonke Agbaje

A leading voice in adolescent health, gender equity, and reproductive health, Dr. Adedamola Adebayo has spent over a decade shaping policies and interventions that directly impact young people across Africa. She is the Co-Founder and

Executive Director of the Racheal Adebayo Foundation (RAF), where she leads initiatives such as ‘Love on the Streets’ and ‘Project SAFE,’ impacting thousands of young people. Dr. Adebayo has published extensively and spoken at global summits advocating for youth empowerment.

3. Dr. Laiatu Augustine Bamaiyi

Founder/CEO Women Rights Initiative (WORI)

A renowned champion for gender equality and empowerment, Dr. Laiatu Bamaiyi has led interventions focusing on education and healthcare for women with disabilities across Northwest Nigeria. She has authored influential research and worked with global organizations to implement policies that promote women’s rights and access to essential services.

4. Dr. Faith Lannap

Chief of Party, USAID THRIVE South Project

With over 16 years of expertise in international development, Dr. Lannap has played a critical role in reducing poverty, expanding social protection, and advocating for Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) in Nigeria.

She has successfully mobilized public sector funding to support OVC programs and implemented policies at the national and state levels.

5. Dr. Eno Usoroh

Public Health Specialist, Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (NHS Wales)

Dr. Usoroh has a vast career spanning disease control, health promotion, and health systems strengthening. She has made significant contributions to quality assurance in health insurance, and her expertise in drug-resistant tuberculosis (TB) management led to her appointment as a WHO Afro region Consultant for the Green Light Committee on PMDT.

6. Mrs. Chibby Dangana

CEO, Data Factory Global

7. Dr. Golda Eze Lugesi

Program Officer/State CQI Lead, IHVN

Dr. Lugesi is a Public Health Specialist in Systems Strengthening, Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), and research. With 8+ years of experience in HIV/AIDS/TB management, she has provided high-level technical assistance, case review, and quality assurance to healthcare workers, improving ART access for thousands.

8. Dr. Olayemi Olupitan

Project Director, IHVN Global Fund  TB & HIV Grant

Dr. Olayemi Olupitan serves as the Project Director at the Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria, for the Global Fund Grant Cycle-7 TB & HIV grant, known as the TB-HIV Reach, Integration & Impact Project (N-THRIP). This initiative focuses on the combined efforts to combat TB and HIV and plays a crucial role in transforming related programs under the leadership of the National AIDS and STDs Control Programme (NASCP), the National Tuberculosis and Leprosy Control Programme (NTBLCP), and the National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA).

Within the Institute, Dr. Olupitan has held various positions, including Program Associate at the National Tuberculosis and Leprosy Training Centre (NTBLTC), Program Officer for TB/HIV, Regional Medical Officer/Senior Program Officer, Acting Regional Manager at the Lagos Regional Office, and Regional Manager at the FCT Regional Office. She also served as the Project Director of the ACHIEVE Rivers State ART Surge Project and, most recently, as Assistant Director at the PEPFAR Program Coordinating Unit. In this role, she led the coordination of states supported by PEPFAR-IHVN and their sub-partners, ensuring seamless program implementation for the Action to Sustain Precision and Integrated HIV Response towards Epidemic Control (ASPIRE) grant.

Dr. Olupitan’s leadership in significant health projects has consistently yielded positive outcomes, demonstrating her effectiveness and underscoring the vital role she plays in building, expanding, and improving project outcomes that deliver life-saving interventions to beneficiaries in Nigeria.

9. Ms. Kehinde Abereoje

Executive Director, Purple Pact  Initiative

Since founding Purple Pact Initiative at age 16, Kehinde has impacted nearly 10,000 girls and women through education, mentorship, and menstrual health programs. She is a recipient of the Diana Award and an advocate for gender equality at global forums like the UN ECOSOC. She holds an MPhil in Population Health Sciences from the University of Cambridge.

10. Dr. Helen Mfon-Obong Idiong

Director, Program Quality & Influencing, Plan International Nigeria

With over 15 years of experience in development and humanitarian work, Dr. Idiong has played a key role in shaping policies and initiatives in health, governance, and civic engagement. Her leadership has contributed to policy enactment and strategic influence in Nigeria’s development sector. Helen is passionate about improving the lives of the poor and vulnerable, especially women and girls.

11. Dr. Awolola Busayo

Founder/Chief Executive Officer, Women of Exceptional Deeds Forum (WEDFORUM)

Dr. Awolola Busayo is a Public Health Professional with expertise in research and social development. She is the Founder of WEDFORUM, impacting 5,700+ women, adolescents, and children through projects in sexual and reproductive health, menstrual hygiene, mental health, and literacy. She has collaborated with Population Service

International, WaterAid, and the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs on menstrual health policies. Busayo is also the author of ‘Bloom Girl,’ an SRH self-guide donated to over 100 girls in Oyo State. A Harvard Aspire Institute Alumnus, she was recently recognized by PSI Nigeria for her contributions to menstrual health.

12. Mrs. Nike Kehinde

NLI Project Lead, Center for Clinical Care and Clinical Research (CCCRN)

With over 30 years in nursing leadership and public health, Mrs. Nike Kehinde has shaped HIV practice, education, and research in Nigeria. She serves as a board member of CCCRN and leads the Nigeria Nursing Leadership Initiative (NLI). A mentor and advocate, she has contributed to

PEPFAR projects, research publications, and policy development in healthcare.

13. Halimat Omowumi Olaniyan

Public Health Professional & Founder, AFAY Health Initiative

A researcher and program manager with an MPH in Child and Adolescent Health, Halimat is passionate about health and education. Through AFAY Health Initiative, she has impacted over 3,000 children, adolescents, and youths in menstrual health, literacy,

mental health, and SRHR programs, distributing 3,400+ pads and 300+ books. Her contributions earned her prestigious recognitions, including the Carrington Youth Fellowship and RSTMH Early Career Grant 2024.

14. Wealth Adaku Ajiboye

Education Specialist, GOALPrime Organization  Nigeria

Committed Education Specialist at GOALPrime Organization Nigeria, where she champions access to quality education for vulnerable communities, with a focus on girls, boys, and children with disabilities. 15. Hauwa Danjuma

22. Ms. Patience Yohanna

Dr. Osasuyi Dirisu is the Executive Director of the Policy Innovation Centre and Senior Fellow, Nigerian Economic Summit Group where she oversees behavioral and policy interventions in health, governance, gender and social inclusion in Nigeria. 24. Ngozi Ezema

Ngozi Ezema is a seasoned public health and development expert with over 20 years of experience in program management and health systems strengthening in Nigeria. She has led high-impact HIV/AIDS programs, including GHAIN and SIDHAS, and pioneered Nigeria’s first public-private ART partnership under the NiDAR project. 25. Dr. Esther Nwanja

Associate Director _ Paediatrics/PMTCT, Excellence Community Education Welfare Scheme (ECEWS)

Dr. Esther Nwanja is a passionate public health physician with over a decade’s experience. She leads the maternal and child component of one of the largest PEPFAR-funded projects in Nigeria implemented by Excellence Community Education Welfare Scheme. Her relentless efforts have led to improved access to HIV testing services and improved treatment outcomes among pregnant women and children living with HIV. She has authored several peer-reviewed publications and conference abstracts.

26. Ms. Aderonke Ige Motunrayo

Aderonke Ige is a humanitarian lawyer, equity advocate, and founder of Help Initiative for Social Justice & Humanitarian
