From managing day-to-day operations to designing strategy and getting creative with solutions, this role puts you right at the heart of everything we do. Your mission? To make sure our programs run smoothly, and our impact is felt far and wide. Think of yourself as the maestro of project coordination. You’ll orchestrate partnerships, oversee operations, and ensure that every program we touch delivers amazing results.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Steer the Ship – You’ll ensure programs are on track, meet targets, and deliver real impact. Think problem solver, results deliverer, and innovation driver all rolled into one.
- Master of Presentations – Whether it’s a workshop, donor meeting, or just a team update, you’ll deliver presentations that wow.
- Report Like a Pro – You’ll take ownership of creating reports and presentations using your Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to ensure all stakeholders are on the same page.
- Innovate & Elevate – We’re always thinking outside the box, and we need you to bring fresh ideas to take our programs to the next level.
- Lead the Team – You’ll mentor, supervise, and inspire our junior staff and interns to thrive under your guidance.
- Be the Face of AHFID – Represent us at conferences, meetings, and events – locally and internationally.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience Matters – 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in the social sector, development, or humanitarian work.
- The Right Credentials – You’ve got a Masters in Public Health, International Development, or something similar. A PMP/PMDPro certification would be an advantage
- Presentation Guru – You’re a natural when it comes to public speaking and love getting creative with presentations.
- Tech-Savvy – You know your way around Microsoft Office like the back of your hand. PowerPoint is your best friend.
- Independent Thinker – You can work with minimal supervision and still deliver beyond expectations.
- Agile & Creative – You’re quick on your feet, love solving problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ready to Start – No need for handholding; you’re ready to hit the ground running, like now.
