About the Role
As our Program Associate Intern, you’ll be the right hand to the program team, supporting the execution of projects that create real change. This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with program leads, stakeholders, and beneficiaries. Your job? Get involved in everything from project planning and reporting to making killer presentations. This isn’t a coffee-fetching internship; it’s your chance to shine!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support Program Coordination – Help our program leads manage ongoing projects and ensure everything stays on track.
- Present Like a Pro – You’ll be making and delivering presentations to stakeholders, so confidence and creativity are key.
- Administrative Rockstar – Handle program-related tasks like preparing reports, organizing documents, and supporting the team with operational needs.
- Innovate & Collaborate – Work with a dynamic team to brainstorm and deliver innovative solutions for program success.
- Master the Microsoft Suite – Whether it’s PowerPoint, Excel, or Word, your skills with these tools will shine as you help the team with reporting and presentations.
- Hybrid Flexibility – Enjoy a mix of remote and office work, with 2-3 days a week in the office.
Who You Are
- Young, Creative, and Hungry – You’re a go-getter with 0-3 years of experience in the social, development, or humanitarian sectors.
- Master’s Degree Holder – You’ve got a Master’s in Public Health, International Development, or something closely related.
- Presentation Expert – You’re a natural speaker, love making impactful presentations, and aren’t afraid to be in the spotlight.
- Tech-Savvy – You’re great with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Fast Learner – You pick up new skills quickly and aren’t afraid to dive into new challenges.
- Available Now – You’re ready to start immediately and can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
